As a general rule,
we try to ship out orders as fast as possible, Monday thru Friday
so that our customers don't have to wait for their orders. If
you plan on making another purchase with us within a few days
from your original order and would like your orders to be combined,
please email us beforehand and also mention this in the comments
section during checkout so that we can hold your order accordingly.
We ship all our items via USPS Priority 2-3
day mail. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included in
your shipping and handling cost.
Do
not accept damaged goods from
carriers. All orders leave our warehouses in excellent condition.
Any damage claims must be reported within (48) hours to delivery
carriers. Receiving customer is resposible for filing damage
claims with the delivery carrier.
Returns
Please remember that
no "two noses are alike" and that what may smell or
sound wonderful in a scent description may not be something
that you find wonderful and also understand that some fragrances
are also naturally lighter than others. Due to the above and
in order to take precautions against internet fraud, we cannot
accept returns based upon candle scent, candle color or "candle
strength".
