Always follow the instructions that come with your electric tart warmer.

Choose a safe location away from children, pets or delicate furniture. Simmering ingredients will be hot during use and fragrance products may contain oils or colors that could damage furniture or cause harm in the case of a spill.

Your simmer pot will get hot when in use and should never be picked up while on. Wait for the base to cool before moving. Move the base and the bowl separately to avoid spills. Be careful not to drip water or simmering ingredients on the bulb as the bulb could shatter.

To remove wax from the simmer pot bowl, pour the warm wax into an appropriate container such as a paper cup. Never use use metal objects or sharp instruments as these could scratch the ceramic and chip the glazed surface of the bowl. This will weaken and discolor the ceramic. If this happens, you should discard the simmer pot. Never put the simmer pot in the dishwasher.

Never pour your melted wax down your drain, as it will solidify and clog your drain!
